Our Modern Two Bedroom Motel Units provide a comfortable stay with a private balcony and space to accommodate up to five guests.
Each unit features an open-plan layout, combining a lounge and dining area for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV , unwind in the lounge chairs, or gather around the dining table with ample seating. For your comfort, the units are equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump.
The recently updated kitchen offers modern conveniences, including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas hobs, and oven. You'll also find all the necessary cutlery, crockery, bowls, and pots for your culinary needs. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, toilet, vanity, and a hairdryer.
The main bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with one single bed and a bunk bed (single). Please note, the second bedroom has no internal access, offering additional privacy. As such, these units may not be suitable for families with young children, making them an ideal choice for adults, friends, or teenagers.
Fresh towels can be provided upon request at reception.

Deposit and Cancellation Information
Cancelation Policies:
- Cancellations within 3 weeks of arrival will result in loss of all deposit paid.
Cancellation outside of 3 weeks will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Group booking cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival will result in loss of all deposit paid. Cancellation outside of 6 weeks will incur a $50 cancellation fee per unit/site booked. A group booking is a booking with 2 or more units/sites, or 10 or more people.
- No cancellations permitted during peak season 20th Dec-30th Jan, public holidays, school holidays and Hawkes Bay events, concerts.
- Amendments can be made at Management's discretion (an administration fee will apply). If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Payment Policies:
- Reservations at our motel are secured at the time of booking and credit card payments are taken. All prices are inclusive of GST. For one-night bookings, full payment is taken at the time of booking, and for any other bookings, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is charged on the morning of arrival - if you wish to pay the remaining balance in cash or internet transfer, please inform us ahead of time. We accept Visa and Mastercard, but unfortunately do not accept AMEX.
- Please note that there will be no refund for early departures. We also require that only one account is used per reservation, and all payments must be made in NZD.
- Over peak periods, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking in advance.
- Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposit.

- All bookings require valid credit card details to be held on file to cover any incidentals or damages caused by the guest. These charges may include, but are not limited to: additional cleaning fees, removal of excessive rubbish, penalty fines for strong odors caused by cooking or smoking, excessive noise, disruption to other surrounding residents, penalty fines for breaking any local laws, regulations, and restrictions. Any additional charges must be settled immediately.
- Long weekends and peak season 100% deposit is required on all bookings, the balance of the deposit will be take 1-2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Remaining balance will need to be paid in full PRIOR to arrival if arriving outside of office hours.
- Management observes the right to re-quote any errors in quoted price (including verbal and written quotes)
